Positive: The terrace is a definite thumbs up, especially as it receives the sun all day. The apartment was compact, but well appointed. There is a lift, which was brilliant when moving suitcases around! It was also great that we were able to have our small dog stay in the apartment with us! The apartment is in a good, quiet neighbourhood. The air-con is also a great asset.
Negative: Considering there is a beautiful sun terrace, it didn’t have any sun-beds or adequate sun shades (it does have a seating area, and table and chairs for meals). There was a broken sunshade upon arrival, which we were concerned about using, however it was replaced with a new one. Unfortunately, the new shade was small and didn’t provide sufficient screening. It would have also been nice if there was a coffee table in the lounge area indoors, and a full-length mirror. I also didn’t find the bed overly comfortable.
Summary: Great apartment in a good, quiet neighbourhood. Paul is also very helpful!

Positive: The location of the apartment was perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the beachfront and tucked away from the bustle in the evenings. The neighbourhood felt safe as a solo female. There were lots of lovely stores nearby- supermarket, boulongerie, for example. The terrace was my favourite spot to enjoy the sun and read. The apartment is well stocked with all you might need to cook, excellent wardrobe space for all your things, and a lovely spacious bathroom. Paul was always helpful when I reached out. I would love to stay again.
Negative: Nothing that I disliked :)

Positive: This is a wonderful apartment — bright, very cozy, and stylishly decorated. It has a large Smart TV, comfortable furniture, and everything is thoughtfully arranged. The location is excellent: just a 12-minute walk to the sea on flat ground (no uphill climb), and about 18 minutes to Place Masséna. But the true gem is the terrace. It’s absolutely stunning: spacious, beautiful, overlooking the charming neighboring houses. The atmosphere is like a movie — seagulls fly overhead and cry out, and you can see cats and dogs lounging on nearby balconies. It’s incredibly charming. I’m someone who usually follows first impressions and rarely return to the same apartment twice — but this is a place I truly want to come back to. During your stay, I highly recommend visiting these fantastic nearby restaurants: • Le Chantecler (1 Michelin star) • JAN (1 Michelin star) • Pure & V (1 Michelin star) • Les Agitateurs (1 Michelin star) • Fine Gueule (Michelin Guide selection) • La Merenda (Bib Gourmand Michelin) • Le Bistrot d’Antoine (Bib Gourmand Michelin) • Le Plongeoir (the most scenic restaurant in Nice, above the sea) • Peixes (seafood tapas bar in the city center) Each of these places is worth a visit!
